Evaporation temperature~1450oC

Resistivity is dependent upon substrate temperature and

deposition rate.


Hints on evaporation:


Substrate temperature ~ 300oC

Deposition rate ~ 10nm/min

O2 partial pressure ~ 1 x 10‑4 mbar


Evaporate using E‑Beam or Al2O3 boat.
